Most orders ship within 24-48 hours. If an item on your order is on backorder, we will wait until that item is in stock before we ship your order unless otherwise specified. All delivery times quoted by us are in business days. A business day is Monday through Friday excluding holidays.

• BACKORDERS - We ship most orders complete within 48 hours of your order, however, we may occasionally be out of stock on a particular model of an item. We ship orders complete. If a product is not in stock at the time of purchase we will hold all purchased products until full order can be completed.

• DAMAGED SHIPMENTS- Should something arrive damaged, please protest to the delivery person and file an immediate claim with the shipping company. If you need assistance with processing your claim, we are happy to help. Remember to keep all original shipping containers and packing material for inspection. Please note that all shipping damage claims are paid by the shipping company, not Savage's Bicycle Centre

• PAYMENT INFORMATION - Internet, phone and faxed orders are not charged until the time of shipment.
